Mohn-Dressing

Spooned it over a simple spinach salad and honestly couldn't stop eating it straight from the jar. The ingredient list feels noticeably more thoughtful than the usual bottled stuff, and it's creamy without being heavy.

The balance of sweet and savory is spot-on—it’s rich enough to dress a hearty salad but light enough for a quick lunch. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a week, and the ingredient list feels like a step up from the usual stuff.

I wasn’t expecting the sweet-meets-savory balance to be this spot on, but it’s got that classic poppyseed tang without being overly sugary. The elevated ingredient list really comes through in the texture too, silky and a little richer than the usual bottles I grab.
