Primal Mood

The adaptogen blend in these has genuinely leveled out my midday anxiety spikes—no jitters or weird crashes, just a steady calm. I pop two with breakfast and notice the difference by early afternoon, when my inbox used to send me spiraling.

I’ve been taking these before bed for a couple of weeks now, and that adaptogen blend honestly seems to take the edge off my racing thoughts. I feel less like I’m bracing for the day and more like I can just roll with it. The capsules are easy to swallow, too.

Three weeks in and I'm noticeably less reactive to the daily chaos, which is saying something since my job is pure stress. The adaptogen blend is subtle but effective.
