The 11g per scoop is spot-on for my post-workout shake, and it dissolves without any chalky grit or weird aftertaste. I usually hate unflavored powders, but this one’s been a no-brainer addition to my morning coffee without changing the taste at all.
Three scoops in and I’ve already noticed my nails feel harder—unflavored means it dissolves into my morning coffee with zero taste, which is honestly the biggest win for me. The 11g per scoop makes it easy to track, and even on days I forget to blend, it stirs in fine with just a spoon. No complaint
I was skeptical about adding a powder to my smoothies, but this one dissolves completely without leaving that chalky texture I've hated in others. The 11g per scoop is easy to track, and after a month my nails definitely feel stronger.
