Omégas Primal

The capsules are surprisingly easy to swallow for their size, which is a big win for me. Since these are the first omega-3s I've actually stuck with, it's clear my body was missing them—no more post-lunch fog.

I've been taking these for three weeks now, and the fact that they're burpless is what sold me—no fishy aftertaste at all. The capsules are easy to swallow and I feel like my joints are less achy in the morning.

The burpless capsules are a godsend—I can finally get my daily omega-3s without that fishy aftertaste that used to ruin my mornings. Three weeks in, my joints feel less creaky, and since my body can't make these fatty acids on its own, I'm glad this bottle covers the gap.
