The cage-free egg yolks give it a richness that honestly surprised me — I’ve been drizzling it over skillet chicken and it turns the whole meal creamy without any dairy tang. Even my partner, who usually hates ranch, asked what was in the salad.
The texture is so creamy for a dairy-free dressing, and that cage-free egg yolk base really makes it taste like the real thing. I've been drizzling it over my taco salads all week and it holds up perfectly without separating.
I've been using this as a marinade for chicken thighs and it turns out way juicier than any bottled dressing I've tried before. The cage-free egg yolks give it a rich, creamy texture that actually clings to the greens without turning them soggy.
