My stir-fry finally tastes like takeout, and I don't have to worry about the soy or gluten since it's all organic. The marinade clings to the chicken just right, and the flavor is bold without being salty. Dinner prep takes ten minutes now.
The texture is way thicker than typical soy sauce, so it clings to stir-fried veggies beautifully instead of pooling at the bottom of the pan. I've been drizzling it over rice noodles all week and the umami punch is real without any of that soy-heavy aftertaste.
Stir-fry night used to mean three separate bottles for sauce, but this one juggles flavor and convenience like a champ. It’s thick enough to coat noodles without turning soupy, and I love that it’s organic and skips the canola oil. My only regret is not buying two bottles.
