I usually forget to take vitamins, but these are so easy to keep up with because they don’t upset my stomach at all. It’s nice to have a backup for the days when I’m stuck indoors and can’t get any real sun.
I’ve been popping these on cloudy days when the sun’s a no-show, and honestly they’re a no-brainer for keeping my levels up without baking outside. The 60-day supply lasts forever, so I don’t have to reorder every month, which is a win.
The 60-day bottle is perfect for getting my vitamin D fix without chasing sunlight at all hours. Each capsule goes down smooth and I feel more energized during the winter months. It’s become part of my daily routine and I notice a real difference when I forget to take it.
