Grilled a steak with this and the high heat point meant zero smoke in the kitchen. The oil itself tastes clean and neutral, letting the meat's flavor shine through. Definitely my new go-to for broiling.
I’ve been air frying everything with this oil and nothing sticks to the basket anymore, plus it handles the high heat without smoking up the kitchen. The flavor is clean and neutral, so it doesn’t override my seasonings. Definitely my go-to for grilling now.
I was a little skeptical about using avocado oil for air frying, but it handles the high heat without any smoke or off-flavors. The chicken wings came out perfectly crispy, and the bottle lasted me a solid month of daily cooking.
