Primal Kitchen® Caesar Dressing & Marinade packs all the creamy, classic garlic and lemon flavors you love without the dairy, gluten, or anchovies.
The king of dressings, our mighty Caesar is intentionally crafted with premium, purposeful ingredients like avocado oil and cage-free egg yolks.
The garlic and lemon balance is spot on, and it’s so creamy you’d never guess there’s no dairy or anchovies in it. I’ve been using it as a marinade for chicken too, and it works just as well as a dressing.
I was skeptical a dairy-free Caesar could taste this rich, but the creamy texture and that classic garlic-lemon kick are spot on. It works great as a marinade too, not just a dressing.
Finally, a Caesar dressing I can pour without checking the label twice—no dairy or anchovies, but you'd never guess it from the creamy texture. The garlic and lemon hit that classic tang, and it works just as well as a marinade for chicken as it does on a salad.
