Söt, smakrik och så, så god – denna dressing är gjord på avokadoolja och honung, utan soja och gluten.
I poured it over a butter lettuce salad with some cherry tomatoes and it was the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. The dressing has a nice thickness to it so it actually clings to the leaves instead of pooling at the bottom of the bowl.
The tangy kick is exactly what my butter lettuce salads were missing—it clings to every leaf without pooling at the bottom. Even my picky kid asked for extra on his grilled chicken, and I’ve gone through half the bottle in a week.
I’ve used it on grilled chicken twice this week, and it caramelizes just enough on the edges without turning cloying—the mustard bite stays sharp against the honey. Even my butter lettuce salads got a simple toss with it, and it coated every leaf without pooling at the bottom.
