I slathered this on grilled chicken thighs and the coconut undertone made the sweetness feel tropical instead of cloying. The jalapeño heat creeps up just enough to keep every bite interesting, so I'm already planning to use it as a glaze for ribs next weekend.
The mango sweetness hits first, then the jalapeño heat sneaks up right at the end — perfect balance on a burger. Knowing it's organic and Non-GMO makes me feel better about slathering it on everything.
I drizzle it over grilled chicken and even stirred some into a stir-fry, and the coconut in the ingredients gives it a really smooth finish that I didn't expect. The jalapeño kick lingers just long enough without burning, so the mango sweetness gets its moment.
