I’m not a dairy person, so finding a creamy dressing that actually works for me is rare—this one’s got no sugar or soy either, which seals it. Used it as a marinade for chicken thighs last night and the buffalo kick stuck around even after grilling.
The avocado oil base gives it a smooth richness you don't get from regular bottled dressings, and it's got just enough heat to wake up a salad without drowning it. I've been dipping raw veggies in it all week and it holds up way better than I expected.
The avocado oil base makes this dressing taste rich without any of that weird aftertaste you get from cheaper bottles. I’ve been drizzling it straight over salad greens every night and it coats everything perfectly.
