Deze vinaigrette is Whole30 Approved® en klaar om groenten te glaceren of over bladsalades te druppelen.
I was skeptical about a balsamic dressing with avocado oil, but the sweetness from the organic balsamic and lemon juice is perfectly balanced—tangy without being sharp. The bottle’s been gone in a week because I’ve been using it as a quick marinade for chicken too, not just salads.
The avocado oil base makes this dressing feel silky instead of thin and watery, and the organic lemon juice gives it a brightness that works just as well on grilled chicken as it does on salad. I've already used it as a marinade twice this week and the tangy-sweet balance is spot on.
The avocado oil makes it feel smoother than most store-bought vinaigrettes, and it's become my go-to marinade for chicken thighs. I've used it three times this week already, and the tangy sweetness really clings to the meat without being overpowering.
