Heerlijk Italiaans!
The citrus kick from the avocado oil base is what sold me—it’s tangy but not sharp, and it worked just as well on grilled chicken as it did on my lunch salad. Whole30 and keto friendly means I don’t have to check labels every time I pour it.
I keep a bottle in the fridge at all times now. The avocado oil base gives it a smooth, rich texture that doesn't separate like cheaper dressings, and the citrus kick is perfect for marinating chicken before grilling.
This dressing is my new go-to for meal prep — it’s got that bright citrus tang that wakes up a plain chicken salad, and because it’s avocado oil, I don’t feel guilty dousing my veggies in it. Fits my keto lifestyle without tasting like a compromise.
